I have a background in medical imaging and neuroimaging. My research focuses on discovering novel motor biomarkers of dementia and understanding their underlying neuroimaging correlates. By identifying these early biomarkers, we can help detect those at risk, develop preventive measures, and create interventions to potentially reduce the impact of the disease in the future. Additionally, I’m involved in an exciting project on Parkinson’s disease through the Tasmania Parkinson’s Project, which aims to enhance the lives of individuals with Parkinson’s through research and education.
