I’m a polar oceanographer researching the hidden world under Antarctic sea ice. My work focuses on how the ocean mixes and transports heat, influencing sea ice, marine ecosystems, and our changing climate. By collecting measurements in one of the most remote environments on Earth, I hope to better understand the Southern Ocean and its role in the global climate system. I’m passionate about sharing the excitement of polar research and what it’s like to do science in Antarctica.
