I am a Fisheries Scientist and Team Leader at IMAS/UTAS who studies the biology, ecology, and sustainability of fish populations around Tasmania. My research combines field surveys, underwater cameras, artificial intelligence, and fish biology to understand how marine ecosystems are changing and to support sustainable fisheries management. I work closely with fishers, communities, and government agencies to ensure future generations can continue to enjoy and benefit from healthy oceans.
